Quedlinburg ist in das Netz regionaler und überregionaler Linien von Bahn und Bus eingebunden (Nahverkehr Sachsen-Anhalt).
Die Lyonel-Feininger-Galerie liegt nordwestlich am Fuße des Schlossberges von Quedlinburg. Vom Bahnhof ist sie am schnellsten über Bahnhofstraße, Heilige-Geist-Straße, Steinbrücke, Carl-Ritter-Straße, Lange Gasse und Finkenherd zu erreichen. Mit dem Wagen parken Sie am günstigsten auf den Parkplätzen an der Wipertistraße am Stadtring oder in der nahen Carl-Ritter-Straße.
